 On June 1st 2011 at about 11:01pm Marion Police responded to Sawyer Ludwig Park 1313 White Oaks Road for a man who had been beaten and Robbed. Police learned that the 24 year old victim had been beaten and robbed in the area by three men. The victim provided a license plate number and description of the car and suspects, During the assault a round was fired from a gun by one of the suspects. The victim did receive minor injuries from the assault that did not require medical treatment.

 Marion County Sheriff's Office was contacted and they located the vehicle at a address in Prospect.
A search warrant was obtained for the residence. Marion Police was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff's Office Special Response Unit and the marmet Drug Task Force in the execution of the warrant.
Evidence believed to be associated with the robbery was recovered from the home. Drugs was also recovered.

Michael J Ferdarko, Michael N Ferdarko, and Mark Kincaid were taken to the Multi County Correctional Center on Felony Charges.
