It was a routine evening at city council Monday night, but their would be questions about sanitation bills and landlords with tenants not paying.

City Council passed a resolution accepting the amounts and rates, determined by the budget commission and will authorize the necessary tax levies for 2013.

Council also passed ordinances to authorize the Service Director to enter in contract for the purchase of fuel and pain, purchase of lime, concrete, and residual transportation and disposal for the water pollution control plant,

The Safety Director will enter into contract, at the direction of City Council, with Premier Concrete and Excavating for the skate park pad project and execute change order for the skate park equipment contract with American Ramp Company.

City Council did have a quick executive session to discuss possible Litigations and land acquisition for 15 to 20 minutes.

A Representative of Landlord Association ask for more contacts on the overdue Trash Bill, to prevent extra charges from the county, when the money due is added on to property taxes.

At-Large Councilman Josh Daniels did not think it would be fair that his money pays for duplicate bills.
